By accessing and using Filtareeq's shipping optimization platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Filtareeq provides AI-powered shipping optimization services that automatically select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping carriers for your e-commerce orders. Our platform integrates with multiple shipping carriers and provides real-time tracking and analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and shipping details
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Provide accurate package dimensions and weights

4. Payment Terms

Our service operates on a pay-per-order model. You will be charged EGP 5 per order processed through our platform. Payment is due immediately upon order processing. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Filtareeq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will remain liable for all charges incurred through the date of termination.
